When you volunteer on mooreforsenate.com, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address. We use the information you provide to send you news and information about Dick Moore and his campaign, and to credit those who are organizing support for Dick Moore. We will not sell this information to any third party, under any circumstances. We work closely with Democratic candidates, parties and allied organizations. If - and only if - you give your consent, we may share some basic contact information with them, and they may contact you. 

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site. 

Children's information

We believe every precaution must be taken to protect children online. mooreforsenate.com does not ask children 13 and under for any information, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children 13 and under.

For legal and accounting purposes, contribution records will remain in our database.
